Upon submitting your order through the Cougar-Sugar online store and as long as no error or omission occurred when filling in the required fields, a message appears on your screen “Your order was successful!’ After that, you will be shown the information and the identification code of your order with which you can subsequently track your order and its progress.
Order Delivery Process
Cougar-Sugar ships products all over Greece in cooperation with courier companies and transport companies. The terms of delivery of the orders are determined exclusively by the company transporting the products.
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to comply with the sales contract. Ownership of the products will pass to you once we receive full payment. If we are unable to deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason we will notify you and store the products at your own risk. If you wish us to resend the products to you, there may be additional delivery costs which we will inform you of. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, we will cancel the order and return your payment to you, (less any reasonable shipping costs we may have incurred).
CAUTION! In case your order consists of bulky or heavy items that are not received by couriers, then agencies or transport companies are used. The delivery is made on the pavement to the address you stated. However, in the event that you wish to have your marked heavy and bulky order delivered by express courier, please send us your request via e-mail to the address [email protected] and we will forward you details regarding the additional shipping cost as determined by the courier company based on volume.
Order Shipping Costs
For orders under €45, shipping costs are set at €3.
When your order exceeds €45, you do not incur shipping costs, anywhere in Greece.
Delivery Dates and Times
Cougar-Sugar processes your orders throughout the day.
For orders submitted online until 2:00pm and on a weekday (working day Mon-Thurs), the product is delivered to the transport company on the same day.
Orders submitted on Friday until 2.00pm and concerning areas within Attica are delivered on Saturday.
Orders submitted after 14:00 pm on Friday and at the weekend are delivered to the transport company on Monday if and as long as it is a working day and not a public holiday.
From the day the carrier receives the order, the usual delivery times (within working days) are:
Inside the city 1 day
Within the Region 1-2 days
Islanders Greece 1-3 days
Hard-to-reach areas 1-5 days
Times may be affected due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, etc. At the same time, delays may occur on peak days, festive periods, etc.
