It is possible to return the products within 14 days of their shipment, with a refund of the full price or exchange with another product. If the return is due to our error or a defective product the return costs are borne by cougar-sugar.com. Otherwise, the Return Costs are charged to you.
Money return
Regarding the refund, this will be done immediately upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please note that we only accept returns and refunds for unused products purchased from cougar-sugar.com.
Refund Methods

If you paid by credit card, they will be refunded to your card after the return of the items has been completed.
If you paid by cash on delivery or by deposit to our bank account, your refund will be made by deposit to the bank account you indicate to us, after completing the return of the items.
